How to Successfully Do Integrated Shipping

When using each Integrated Shipping option (i.e. Same Day and Standard Shipping), it is necessary to take note of these details: 

  • Max weight or dimension
  • Max Cash on Delivery (COD) limit, if selecting Cash as your payment option

If your order exceeds these limits, that shipping method may not be available to select for you and your customers.

How to Pack Orders for Standard Shipping

Follow the guidelines below to properly pack your products for successful shipping:

Fragile and Liquid Items

Tighten any caps and lids. Seal with tape, then wrap each item in bubble wrap.

*Fragile items must not be in direct contact with each other
Put item/s in a box with some space left.
Fill spaces in package with packing peanuts or air pillow to minimize movement.
Seal all flaps. Paste AWB (airway bill) and fragile sticker on the box.

Heavy and Bulky Items

Protect the item with bubble wrap.
Put the item in a fitting box (with minimum space left) and seal all flaps.
Paste the air waybill (AWB) on the box.

How to Get the Proper Shipping Fee

Aside from properly packing your orders, it is also important to accurately measure your products' weight and dimension information to get the ideal, accurate shipping fee.

Simply:

  • Get the dimensions (in cm) of your package
  • Get the weight (in kg) of your package
  • Determine which of the 2 is higher to get the chargeable weight
