1. All Enstack merchants will receive a 3% cashback (capped at ₱20,000) on completed orders with pickups from the Bicol region, covering Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, and Catanduanes.
   
2. Orders must be made from any Enstack-powered store (via Web Store, Chat Store, Cashier or Keypad), with any of the ff:
   • Shipped via Enstack Integrated Shipping (Standard or Same-Day), and/or
   • Paid via Enstack Integrated Payments
3. Eligible cashback to be paid via the merchant's Enstack wallet by December 16, 2024.

✅ Promo runs for orders created October 24 - November 30, 2024 only, for orders already delivered or in transit by Dec 10. This promo cannot be stacked with any other shipping or transaction fee promos.

✅ Only orders originating from Bicol region (Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, and Catanduanes) will be covered by this promo.

✅ Only orders made using Enstack selling tools (Web Store, Chat Store, Cashier, and Keypad) and utilized either of the following will qualify.

✅ Enstack-integrated payment options: E-wallets (i.e. GCash, Maya, GrabPay), direct debit options (i.e. Unionbank Direct Debit and BPI Direct Debit), and credit card. Cashless orders must be marked as "Delivered" within the promo period to be eligible for cashback.

✅ Enstack-integrated shipping options: Enstack Standard or Enstack Same Day shipping.

The maximum cashback that will be given is 3%, max of ₱20,000. Sample computation below:

• Step 1: Net Item Price = [ Merchandise Value - Own Merchant Discount (if any) - Applied Voucher (if any)]
• Step 2: 3% Cashback = [ Net Item Price x 3% ]

Sample Order where merchant still did not reach the maximum ₱20,000 cashback for the promo period:

• Merchandise Value = ₱10,000
• Own Merchant Discount = ₱1,000
• Voucher = ₱500
• Net Item Price = ₱8,500 (₱10,000 - ₱1,000 - ₱500)
• 3% Merchant Cashback: ₱255 ( ₱8,500 x 3% )

✅ Eligible cashback will be paid via the user's Enstack Wallet on December 16, 2024 (Mon).

✅ Enstack is not responsible for any issues with unlinked bank accounts or e-wallets.

✅ Enstack, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards for suspicion of abuse or fraud.

✅ Users who have been determined to have fraudulent or abusive behavior in either past or ongoing promos or programs may be disqualified from this promo without prior notice.

✅ Enstack reserves the right to terminate, vary, or suspend this promotion at any time.
